New Cab - Rebuilt Engine, Low Hours; Tools/Options: Ingersoll Rand TH-60 Year: 1978 PTO; Compressor: 750/250; Mud Pump: 5X6; Mounted On: 1979 IH Paystar 5000; TrEngine: , Detroit 8V92; Tools/Other Options: 3rd Owner, 13-Speed Transmission, 2-Cylinder Injection Pump, Main Winch, Sandline Winch. New Batteries, Rebuilt Starter. Includes 300' of 3.5" OD Drill Rod with 2-3/8" Threads. Bearings in Transfer Case were Replaced in 2023 Budd Style Wheels on the rear. Jack Cylinders need Repacked, Compressor needs an Oil Seal Replaced on the Front where the Clutch Mounts. There are some other small hydraulic leaks. Cab has just been replaced along with a Rebuilt Engine Installed (2026) with < 10 Hours on it. New Clutch, New Water Swivel Packing. Includes some spare parts (truck air compressor, power steering pump, alternator and radiator). Previous showed it having 32,500# deep hole package, 34' mast, 9-rod carousel and parts manual - to be confirmed that has not changed.

DESCRIPTION: 2000, Ingersoll Rand; Model: T4 Deephole Package; Compressor: 1070/350; Engine: Cummins QSK19; Mounted On: CCC; Truck Engine Make: Cummins L10; Condition: Well Maintained; Tools/Options: Ingersoll Rand T4W DH Package Year: 2000: 70K Deephole Package, Jib Hoist, Spur Gear Tophead and Compressor have been Rebuilt. Deck Engine was Reconditioned by Cummins in Oct. 2006 @ approx. 6,152K Hours. Compressor Rebuilt in Dec. 2013 @ 10,773 Hours (rebuilt & Installed by Atlas Copco), at the same time both Tower Rams were Rebuilt. Spur Gear Tophead Reconditioned, Rebuilt & Installed in March 2015 @ 11,825 Hours. May 2016 Rebuilt Dennison Main Pump & Charge Pump, Packed all Main Bearings in Tri-Box @ 17,864 Hours. July 2022 all New Sprockets in Tower and New Chains (top, middle & bottom) at 18,239 Hours. As of Aug., 2026 Drill has 19,114 Total Rig Hours. Rig was added to the Fleet in 2003 at around 2,100 Hours total. Pipe Available for an Extra Cost: approx. 2,100' (84 joints) of 4.5" X 25', 1,200' (48 joints) of 4-3/8" or bigger X 25', 900' (36 joints) of 4-1/4" - 4-3/8" X 25'. Oil Samples done every Oil Change.. Condition: Well Maintained

DESCRIPTION: 1977, Ingersoll Rand; Model: TH-60; Compressor: 600/250; Mud Pump: 3X4 Mission; Engine: PTO; Mounted On: IHC; Truck Engine Make: AV92 Detroit < 200 Hours; Tools/Options: Ingersoll Rand TH-60 Year: 1977: 4.5" Carousel, Upgraded, Later Style Inner Cooler, Detroit Engine has < 200 Hours on it, (Was previously used as a plant engine and had 140 hrs. on it at that time, has a new fly wheel, clutch, pressure plate). Sandline. Includes 280' of Drill Rod, Stabilizer and Hammer. Drill needs air shifter maintenance which the seller is willing to do prior to selling.

Compressor Clutch, Deck Engine Hours Reads 9,698 on Operators Console. Single Speed Rotary Head, Braden PD12C 12,000# Main Winch, 7-Gallon Electric DHD Lubricator, CAT Water Injection Pump. Carousel has been Removed but is Available. Gas Fired Preheater for Deck Engine. Drill is Set Up to Run 4.5" Drill Rod. Includes 100' of Used 4.5" X 20' Drill Rod with 3.5" API Regular Threads. 10" Stabilizer can also be included along with Standard Tooling. More Pipe Available for an Extra Cost. Truck Odometer Reads 43,073 Miles. Drill has been parked for multiple years and needs some work to get it running such as new hoses and oil changes on the compressor and engine. No Major Rebuilds.

New Transfer Case in late 2022. It was Strictly a Mud Rig until 2021. Rig is Set Up for 3.5" Drill Rod, 400' of Drill Rod Included. A GD 5X6 Mud Pump is Available for an Extra Cost.
